About This Role Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers.
Responsibilities Outlined below is what we see you doing at this point in time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Harvest related work, including but not limited to:
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment Assure all cannabis products are free from contamination risk at all stages; from propagation to harvest Transplanting the plants Running and removing trellis netting Identify a wide variety of conditions such as plant diseases, existence of insects, nutrient deficiencies, etc.
Always follow standard work procedures for all cultivation activities, to ensure consistent quality cannabis products Employ professional and clear communication practices to maintain a positive and progressive team atmosphere Other activities can include IPM Spraying, pruning the plants, transplanting plants, etc.
The Experience You Bring and the Skills we Need:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to communicate using electronic media such as Slack and Outlook Email Knowledge of basic MS Office and METRC.
LeafLogix is a plus Efficient cultivation/production work ethic with application of Lean tools Must have strong attention to detail and hold themselves accountable to Standards of Work Solid communication and documentation skills Perform other duties as assigned Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit for long periods of time Working in a variety of greenhouse elements up to 80% humidity Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls Reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear Bending, stooping, squatting Ability to stand on feet for extended periods Occasionally required to stand and walk Ability to work with a team and have a sense of urgency Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Why You'd Love This Role You have:
